We then follow this order from start to finish to ensure its prompt and accurate completion. Southern Home Furnishings does not charge extra for this service. Typically, your order is confirmed with only a 25% deposit and the balance due at delivery. We currently accept MASTERCARD, VISA and AMERICAN EXPRESS charge cards as well as personal checks or money orders. Southern Home Furnishings offers 90 days same as cash every day. We also have periodic specials involving extended payments throughout the year such as "12 months same as cash". Ask your sales associate for details. Building a new home? Many of our customers take advantage of clearance prices or special promotions with our FREE LAYAWAY program. Our normal 20% deposit applies, holding your purchase for 3 months or longer with minimal monthly payments and no service fees. We highly recommend you protect your upholstery investment with Guardsman’s Fabri-Coate, the most comprehensive fabric protection in the business. Fabri-Coate penetrates deep into fibers for protection against stains, and, when accidents do happen, allows for easier and more complete cleanups. It comes with an 800 number to call for assistance and is available on all of our fabric-covered upholstery. Every item is inspected twice for any damage or quality defects. Once, when we receive the item from our manufacturer, then a second time (even more carefully), when it is being prepped and readied for your delivery or pick-up. We want to be the one to find any problems, not you. We deliver on our own trucks with our own delivery professionals. They represent Southern Home Furnishings every step of the way to your home. Therefore, you can expect your furniture to be delivered in a friendly and courteous manner, giving your home and property the respect it deserves. And, if you call us the morning of your delivery (after 9:30 AM), we would be happy to give you an estimated time window of arrival (usually morning or afternoon). Please be available during this time window and have the room or area cleared and ready so we can make your delivery on time. If you are to pick-up your order, please let us know in advance so we may have everything ready for you when you arrive. While we make every effort to insure your order is problem free, if you are in need of additional service, please call us. Our servicemen have over 20 years of experience and know the best way to handle your concerns. We guarantee the lowest price on each and every item we sell. If you find the identical item, with the same services, for a lower price within 30 days of purchase, we will refund you the difference plus 10%.
